There’s a lot to love about this hotel, especially the super friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the outdated decor and musty smell really bring the experience down a notch. The location is decent, being close to downtown, but the pool could definitely use some attention. Overall, it's a mixed bag of comfort and charm, but I wouldn't call it a top pick.

The rooms felt like they were straight out of the 70s, and I noticed a musty smell that really affected my stay. Unfortunately, it led to an allergy attack, making the stay uncomfortable.

The service was definitely a highlight. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly, making my experience much more pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs, which was nice. It's in a quieter area, but I did find the surroundings to feel a bit like a concrete jungle at times.
